  • This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT.

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

  • Orders must be paid in full before shipment.

4. Custom Orders

Custom and made to order items are final sale.

  • These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Please review all specifications carefully before placing your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the EU only.

  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or external factors.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • We are not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

  • Custom and final sale items are not eligible for return.

  • If an item is damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
